L-Citrulline Malate

What is L-Citrulline Malate and How Can it Benefit you?

L-Citrulline Malate is a key ingredient in many pre workouts and improves blood flow for better performance output.

• Improves immune system
• Aids in weight loss
• Makes you feel healthier
• Reduces workout fatigue
• Increases power output
• Boosts oxygen consumption
• Improves exercise performance

How does L-Citrulline work?

The kidneys absorb citrulline, converting it into Arginine (amino acid). Through that, citrulline can increase another amino acid called ornithine. This forms the urea cycle that removes toxic ammonia from the body. It does so by converting urea into the liver cells mitochondria, which is a good way of supporting cardiovascular health and sports performance.

Citrulline helps in metabolizing protein and nitrogen, which aids in the dilation of blood vessels and boosts circulation. As a result, nitric oxide production is increased, reducing fatigue, preserving strength, and increasing power output. The malate helps provide the Citrulline with stability, something that regular L-Citrulline supplements lack. It can also recycle lactic acid generated from exercise, using it for energy.
